Edit: still having doubts though, does your hair fall out in lumps or was it a more graduate progress?
its been really gradual but fast, i dont have "sheds" at all, i barely notice hair falling out, maybe 10 strands a day even though most normal people shed 100. I think i had one multiple month shedding period at 16 before i knew i was going bald, i used to run my fingers through my hair and play count the lost hairs, but it was still pretty thick after that. I really dont know how im going bald because i really dont shed at all.

It's great that you're on fin. Some men thin in a diffused pattern, but keep us posted, and remember that maintenance and slowing down is success, not regrowth!
Also try to get on proscar instead of propecia - it is cheaper.
Are your sides strong or are they thinning too? That's the key.

i agree that it looks like diffuse thinning and doesnt necessarily fit a particular pattern. i have diffuse thinning and i'm on fin 1mg/day. it seems to be helping and no noticeable sides.
