Although PRP and/or Acell has not been nearly as successful as I'd hoped, I still do have confidence in these types of things. Unlike something like head tattooing, these procedures have legitimate science behind them (components of PRP have been shown to stimulate hair growth), are non-invasive, and don't do any permanent damage to a person's head. I remember Dr. Feller once saying years ago that he liked the idea of PRP but believed that it's current application and/or usage "fell short", or something to that effect. This leads me to believe that maybe if something like PRP was slightly tweaked, it could be more effective.

Can any doctors with experience in this chime in? I live in Chicago, but I would be willing to travel if need be.
