Also, consider reducing dosage to every other day for example. While the dosage response curve may be flat, it is not perfectly flat, and many do note lesser sides.

I started taking Propecia after I gradated from HS, but I had insomnia out the ying-yang, and maybe lost some muscle tone. I'm not sure how my hairline is a bit bad now from when I was just using Nioxin, and was in weights. During that time I was putting up some decent weight with a OK hairline. Then again, I did break-up with my girlfriend a bit before I got off, so that could have done some damage along with taking a protein shake that had a little bit of creatine in it when I was on Propecia (heard creatine spikes testosterone).

Anyone have any advice on taking vitamins, trying shampoos, or working out?

EDIT: I also felt like sex didn't feel as good when I was on them. It was still good, but not like toes curling, eyes rolling to the back of your head good, haha.
