Default 19 looking for suggestions on hairline

I've been losing my hair since I was a sophomore in high school, but I wasn't concerned about it until my Biology teacher pointed it out in front of the class, which is when I had it buzzed. Then I grew it out and started spiking it kinda like how Beckham did. From then on I've been using Nioxin shampoo and conditioner (system 1) up until a year ago. This is what I've been doing/taking:

    - Sept 8, 2012 - Started Propecia + using Nioxin
    - Aug 22, 2012 - Hair, Skin, and Nails, omega 3's, Propecia, and not using Nioxin because it weighed my hair down, and my stylist told me I didnt need it since I was on Propecia
    - Feb 2, 2013 - Switched to generic Propecia (Finasteride), still doing everything in the above
    - Feb 22, 2013 - Got off Fin due to brain fog, watery ejac, but it did maintain my hairline on my left side, the right just looked a little receeded, then I went back to Nioxin

As of now, I can see the my left side is starting to thin, I still take HS&N, omega 3's, and use Nioxin shampoo and conditioner, but I've been using the conditioner every other day because when my hair dries the receeded areas gets this flaky/creamy build-up. When I was a senior of '12 I had a weights class and was working out, but my receeding wasn't really noticeable. I also have a exceptionally well diet, I'm in good shape, and I do not put gels or hairspray in my hair.

    A. What could I do to improve my hair growth, or atleast maintain it?
    B. Should I get back on Propecia and stick to it since I've heard the generic kind increases testoserone? If so, will exercising balance my hormones out?

Forgot to put in there that I just pat my hair dry, then slowly run my fingers through it so my hair kinda looks messy.

I think you should get back on propecia. I don't know what brain fog is, but reduced ejaculate is the worst reason to get off finasteride.

Brain fog is when you can't concentrate.

Can anyone suggest some shampoos or vitamins that have helped you?

How bad is your brain fog? As I said earlier, watery ejaculate is not really a side effect, but a consequence of shrinking prostate - what the drug is meant to do.

    Another example of sides KO1.

At 19, suffering from brain fog when you are a student, is not good and may affect his marks.

Again, how bad is his brain fog? Can't study? Can't work? Can't drive? What?

Also, consider reducing dosage to every other day for example. While the dosage response curve may be flat, it is not perfectly flat, and many do note lesser sides.

Haha, you have no idea. The guy wasn't a great biology teacher anyway.
