Thanks very much for uploading the video Bald Fighter, it had lots of scenery and chat but frankly no shots of Dean Saunders we could properly evaluate. In short a typical HASCI video if I'm honest

I may possibly change my mind if I could see decent film of Dean Saunders' head but from the little I could see it was an umimpressive result for 3,400 grafts

Well the first picture of Dean Saunders is one of the best I have seen of him after 3,400 grafts but of course that is not giving a realistic view of the hair he has got - people don't just look at you from low down head-on ! I would like to see a plan view of the result so far and it is frustrating that we haven't got that. The one I have seen where the hair is effectively nearly shaved it doesn't look like a very good yield to me.

Yes, that is true, and it is a plus that is extremely important in my opinion, on the level of a game changer for some of us.
