Looking forward to seeing some evidence of Pgd2 blockers working at halting hair loss. Would be great to keep what I have now and worry about the hairline after. Conpecia let us know how it goes!

I used cet for about 6 months when the guys on *** also started. Looking back It was deffo the best thing I have used other than fin, however I stupidly got complacent and stopped over time. I now plan to restart along with 2% ru and minox hopefully this will cover a fair few pathways.

There is something wich makes me feel uneasy about the whole cet thing. Most of the guys on *** who used it (even those who said it was working for them) were (or still are, I'm not sure) mixing cet with... ˇwater!... now that's something I just can't believe, how can water work as a vehicle for cet? that's just... weird...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the whole PGD2 = male pattern hair loss explanation remain an unproven theory (hypothesis?) based on studies on mice?

Well, PGD2 was proven to inhibit hair growth on mice and also in human, in-vitro and in-vivo. In fact, the PGD2 theory helps to understand a little more the whole process (including the role of DHT)

You're right. Only evidence besides that is about 20 or so forum baldies who have claimed to stop their hairloss with either CET or I/C combo. Horrible for those obsessed with data but for those who can rely on mere logic it seems pretty convincing that two completely different products have allegedly stopped hair loss, and the only similarity is pgd2 inhibition... Again, take finasteride if you can. I can't. Therefore on to this stuff.

Actually, isn't there a pgd2 study on human mpb too? Proving bald men have higher pgd2 and lower pge2 and pgf2? Someone dig it up...
