Now that inhouse stopped accepting mastercard, where else could i get my finasteride? I don't have a visa card, only a mastercard...

If you run out of options, I think you can purchase prepaid visa cards at stores or online.

What country are you in? As despite only being a debit card they accepted my visa debit card. So if you are in England you can use that.
