Supplements to alleviate fin sides
Has anyone tried alleviating their fin sides with natural supplements?
When I was taking fin, zinc and l-arginine helped with some of the sexual sides...
I would like to know if anyone else does this?
I'm thinking about getting on fin again after having bad sides the first time I tried it, and yes I tried sticking it out for 2 months and they didn't go away...
All knowledge/experience is appreciated.

Here is what I would recommend:
Stop taking fin.
Start taking:
Zinc supplement: Please do not overdose.
Eat lots of green leafy vegetables.
Start strength training...This increases natural Test and GH.
Eat chickpeas more often...
Supplement with a Omega 3 cold pressed flax seed oil.
Thank God everyday for all the blessings u have in your life.
Good luck!!!!!!!

If your side effects did not lessen whatsoever by the end of those 2 months, I don't think a supplement will help as much as you either lowering your fin dose, or switching to an every other day schedule. Personally, I don't recommend every third day, because I felt it did more harm than good for my hormones, not allowing my body to adjust.
If you have mental side effects, I would suggest trying ginkgo biloba extract or pregnenolone (very affordable).
I am in a similar situation to yours though. Only a few days ago did I start finasteride again after being off it for about a month. I had took .625mg of fin every third day for around 4 months and the side effects were still there, although they were greatly reduced as time went on. Here's what I experienced by the end of my treatment before quitting: (I mention this in case the severity of your side effects could lessen unto a point that you felt comfortable sticking on the drug with)
Slight brain fog
Able to maintain 75-80% of my normal erection strength
Roughly maybe 3 quarters of my normal libido
Slight loss in energy in general
Slight increase in fat accumulation due to rise in estrogen, although I lift 4x a week so it wasn't as bad as what some people say they get
When I quit, all side effects completely vanished by like the 10th day, even the extra fat on my lower abs just melted away, weird I know, but that's my testament. I think taking zinc helped promote balance and possibly save me from any crashes when I quit.
I am now taking my finasteride (.625mg) every night, along with 30mg of zinc, and some ginkgo biloba extract. The first 2 days, I felt immediate sexual side effects. Today though, I feel like my body is starting to adjust, because I can get spontaneous erections now.
I guess everyone has a different number they would accept side effects at in order to save their hair. Personally, If I don't feel at least 90% as good as my pre-fin self on all fronts, I will try one last time with .31mg of fin every day, and assess how I feel at the end of 2 months.
