RU?

I hear there is some sort of drug "RU" that is a godsend, and the only problem with it is that it is difficult to find legit tablets online.

Can someone explain this drug to me? As in its effectiveness, potential side effects, chance of working, and why it hasn't been publicly marketed yet?
