To give you an idea, this was 2 months post surgery:

I'd say it had been this colour in the 2 months since surgery. After 2 months it started lightening up a bit and after 4 months the colour difference was gone.
I've read other cases, in which skin stayed red quite long as well (months) but I've also read cases where it was pretty much normal within a few weeks.

Like said, after 6-7 days my donor looked pretty much normal again.
