http://4nrx.ru/morr-f-minoxidil-finasteride.html
Are the ingredients on the bottle ? I mean I'd love to know what else is in there except the fin+minox of course. Is there HPCH in it ?
BTW the company producing it: http://www.intaspharma.com/index.php...=asc&Itemid=76
Keep in mind that this is 0.1% fin, while the researches in that article I posted used 0.25%

Mainly, because the study is extremely poor. Small sample size, doesn't tell you how they measured to see if patient's had an increase in density or hair per area - it's all very subjective, if that makes sense.
Look up other science journals and notice the difference. The sample size is larger, they go into specifics of how they came up with their data and what not. Granted, the study is a "Phase 4 trial" where we're comparing one product vs something already in the market - it's just not a good strong study.
We want to synthesize a product which will bring hair loss sufferers like myself, a good product that's most importantly both safe and effective, and of course - affordable.
Edit: I hope that my contribution(s) to the forum, activity, talking to others, having uploaded albums will bring credibility to my post. I can understand if I had just signed up yesterday, and this were my first post, ha!

Awesome ! Yeah I agree on the study size, seemed way too small. Especially the fact that twice a day did actually way worse than once a day made me skeptical and made me believe that that good result in the 'once a day group' was merely just luck. But then again, it sure is interesting to have it researched in more detail.

Yeah, the other problem with this product is that it's already mixed with minoxidil.
It questions the ability of the product doing its job. I hope that makes sense...

Topical fin is nothing nuw BUT ....
So first of all, topical fin is nothing new. Thats been around for years, I even remember reading a study from a company that produces a similar product once, saying themselves it DOSENT DO ANYTHING for your hair status !
What is NEW in the PATENT
http://www.google.com/patents/EP2153836A1?cl=en
disussed here is, that it uses Chitosan as a vehicle to transport fin to the hair roots. Its not just crushing some tablets and smearing them on your head as some of the smart people here already indicated. The products you posted here wont do the job...
And as I wrote, this is a patent ! No western company can produce this without the allowense of the owner of the patent rights. Maybe some Indian company who dosen`t give a shit to violate those right ...
By the way, in the patent you can read up exectly how that stuff is made, not that compliated ...
[0021]
A film forming solution having the following composition wt./wt.% was prepared:
1) Finasteride 0.25%
2) Ethyl Alcohol 96° 55.00%
3) Propylene Glycol 5.00%
4) Hydroxypropyl Chitosan 1.00%
5) Purified water 38.75%
Preparation
[0022]
Ethyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol and water were mixed at room temperature. Finasteride was then added and mixed until a clear solution was obtained. Hydroxypropyl Chitosan was added as the final ingredient, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 24 hours or until dissolution.
[0023]
The obtained formulation was a clear and colourless solution, homogenous in appearance even after prolonged storage. Moreover, the liquid was able to form a matte, non-sticky and elastic film, which could strongly adhere to the scalp surface.
