Dr Nigam , anybody else?
so boldy brothers, my situation is like that, only up to two hair grafts donor and norwood 6 receded and thin 24 year old,
i am feeling like if i go with gho i will finish in 100 years, but if i go to nigam i will get larger doublings, and not to speak about the price gap which is HUUUUUUUUUUUUGE,
what you think? is there sth that drive us away from that Dr? i feel trust about it why we dont go to have procedure in his clinic? is it that the western type clinic so far ahead in punches size, yields, grefting ways? or what else is technically needed for a very good ht?

To bring a NW6 back to NW2, man that's going to cost you with Gho. I'm not sure about your financial situation but with Gho this is going to cost you about 30k-35k eur I'd say.
If you don't want to spend that kind of money on your hair, then Dr Nigams might indeed be an option. As you know, I'm HIGHLY skeptical towards this doctor but then again, at least he seems to be serious about his attempts to find something that works and who knows, maybe he already found something. But I think it's a gamble and only you can decide whether you want to take it.
For this forum though it would be a GREAT thing if you went to Nigams and document everything. Maybe you can even work something out, as we still haven't seen any reliable proof. So maybe he could accept you as some test case if you want to document ? I'd contact and ask him about that if I were you.

I agree with Arashi but he seems like a great guy. You also need to consider the safety of his procedures and also how good he actually is at doing a hair transplant, it is after all a skillful art form.

I'm going to be honest with you, I've been following hair loss updates/research for just over 20 years now, and I've never had more confidence in surgical procedures for any other surgeon than I do for (1) Gho and (2) Dr Nigam. Why on Gods earth would anyone want to do traditional FUE when Gho and Nigam have both documented donor regeneration, even if you only regenerate 50% or less it's still a complete win vs traditional surgery.
The only time I would visit a traditional surgeon now is if they have specialist skills such as the ability to construct a near natural hair line.

So says he, but there is no tangible proof at this point. Someone has to take a decision and go to his clinic as a test patient to find out if it is true or not. Would you?

Actually I cancelled my procedure with Dr. Nigam for the reason of him not being able to show me results of body hair doubling or hair doubling into scars. I didnt get any response for a whole week before the day of surgery which made me cancel the ticket. However Im a believer of Dr. Nigam and appreciate what is he doing in the HT industry but I still need to see some real full results in order to go for it.

This doctor is definitely a unique case among HT surgeons. I mean he is an active forum member, he always provides answers and insight all this time, he is going to conferences and makes us a great service by posting here information, papers and posters. I want to believe what he says, but until I see hard proof of hair multiplication as claimed by him, I will hold my judgement.
