NSAIDS - Prostaglandins

Hi,

Out of curiosity, if blocking PDG2 will help with hair loss. How come NSAIDS which block COX1 -2 enzymes which produce this prostaglandins cause Hair Loss? Really don't understand how this is the next big thing? I know i'm over simplyfying things, but just curious...
