thank you my friend,
i am thinking to start rogain foam, for ever, lol
if it thickens a bit, ok i will restore some of the hairline next year, if it doesnt even halt the loss i am in trouble. i alos think to order some nizoral 2% ,

Sounds like a plan, rogaine is a good product but can be a pain applying it everyday. I used it twice a day for about a year..
But no pain no gain...hehe

Do you have any pics of your grandfathers? How bald did they go?
Its wise to take a look at where we will be at age 50 before we commit to a hair transplant. Its not easy preparing for the future, as we live in an impulse society where we want everything right now.
But if you have a hair transplant at 24, and the rest of your hair falls out in your upper 20s and 30s, you are going to be in a world of hurt with these plugs at the front of your forehead .
I would definitely research where your MPS is headed and wait until age 30 before doing a HT. Sorry if its not what you want to hear.

i am aware of becoming nw6 my uncle is nw 6 super bald and my grand father too. so if i am going for a hair transplant, i want to adress it totaly , like have 2 or 3 procedures of 2 or 3000 grafts if available ofcourse, but as you can see it is obvius where i am heading, look at my crown and receded hairline, yes its sure for me i will be slick on top completely that makes me a norwood 6 to 7 until 30 , i am sure about that, ....
i know its bad, i hope rogain with niz stabilizes me, and get a hair transplant maybe next year or next two years, and ofcourse at the time adress even further loss, i dont want to be pesimist, i have seen norwood 6 becoming norwood almost 0 with 2 procedures, so my friend if i really know what norwood i will become (in my case the worse one) why not start a ht?

guys just got an answer from bisagna and am a bit confused, can you explain me too?
As 24 wise to look into medication in the first instance. The donor nape area is fine so may limit the safe zone in the future. Also the parting photo was very good in that it showed a lot of one or two haired grafts, so you may be on the low side in terms of hair to graft groupings.
The crown is opening but too much hair there to touch, the rest of the scalp is miniaturising so medication is the first port of call to look into before any surgery or you could simply be chasing loss and indeed have shock loss.
Hope helps and anything you need let me know.
Kind regards

He is saying you may have low donor density mate.
Grafts come in one, two, three and four hair groupings and he is saying you have many ones and twos but not a lot of threes and fours.
My advice is to give the rogaine a go and see where you're at in 6 months to a year.
-
so low donor density translate to what number of grafts aprox? 5000? and look like i was in an accident? or what? hell ...
so my friend i must think of body hear grafts too?
-
I'd strongly suggest just using the rogaine for now and forgetting about surgery for a while.

thats what i wll do. just an update, Dr Umar said i am a good candidate so that is good because it is a reputable clinic right?
