He is saying you may have low donor density mate.
Grafts come in one, two, three and four hair groupings and he is saying you have many ones and twos but not a lot of threes and fours.
My advice is to give the rogaine a go and see where you're at in 6 months to a year.Comment

I'd strongly suggest just using the rogaine for now and forgetting about surgery for a while.Comment

Dont be upset! My husband came out of the situation by the fact that for 10 years he has been shaving his head bald and I love him all the same way. At first, I just said every day that I love him for who he is and this is true! And now there’s no need to say! The main thing for us is children. Recently found a very cool list of las vegas shows for kids. There are shows just for every taste!
