Has any finasteride user taken time off the drug?

By time off, I mean weeks or months without their regular fin dose. For health, money or other reasons (e.g. conceiving a child).

Did you lose ground? Did you suffer loss of density or lose a Norwood or two? Were you stable? Did you lose ground but evetually recover?

Yeah i've taken time of Propecia, money issues. Yeah, lost ground. Hard to tell if I recovered anything, but what I can say is i've been a NW3 since 19 and i'm 24 now.

Yes I went off Fin for 1-2 Years or so and suffered from noticeable hairloss. One should stay on it as long as there are no sides.

I don't intend to take 'time off' myself, at least not willingly. I'm just interested in the experiences of others who have, particularly how long it was before they lost ground.
