Dutasteride - How much/how often?

After 2.5 years on Fin and never seeing even a slight slowing down of my shedding, I'm switching to Dutasteride before my NW 2.5/3 gets worse. I'm in the US, so unfortunately I'm stuck with .5 mg soft gels of Avodart.

You should have measured your hormonal levels a long time ago. I suppose that you didn't bother. Then you only uselessly waste your time, because you don't know, what is happening in your body. It is then difficult to give you any advice.

But 0.5 mg/day is the standard dose that should help even men resistant to the treatment with finasteride.

It is dose dependent so you can take more if you want to improve your chances.
