Hair Loss and 6 pack abs....

So, there is this bodybuilder I was talking to...He's got a ripped 6 pack....


This is what he told me:
" I used to care about hair loss, until I started focusing on getting my body-fat down to 6 %....Then, all I thought about was getting ripped 6 pack abs....After I got my ripped 6pack, I totally forgot about hair loss, and not only that, with my shirt off, I got more women than ever...."




So, perhaps he is right.....Just aim for six pack abs, and keep one's mind on that.

First off there is more to life then women contrary to popular opinion. How you feel about yourself for instance.
Next thing its not possible for everyone to find the time to get 6 pack abs not to mention your going to make your life horrible in all other aspects to get that. You need to eat a diet like a robot for the rest of your life and spend hours per day to maintain that. Sounds like a whole lot of work to me more then out weighing the gains of getting some girls.

Ripped abs are great. I'm working on my own, but... unless you live in a nudist colony your hair will be visible more often than your abs.

I have had a 6 pack from about the age of 14.

Hair is more important than a 6 pack I can assure you.

Fat a** + hair < ripped abs
Fat a** - hair < everything else

Try to keep your hair, but if you can't, then the least you can do is to make the best of what you have by staying fit and dressing nice ..

Exactly. Getting ripped when you're bald is just maximizing the potential that you have left. Your potential cap would be higher if you were to have hair, so the two are non-comparable. No amount of "justification" or anecdotes about the bald guy at your gym can change that.
