I havn't had time to try many different routines, but so far I really like Ice Cream Fitness 5x5. It includes all the big lifts and some accessory work.

Well, I just use freeletics workouts and they work great for me. Imagine, all you need to do is to watch videos and repeat exercises. There are two options to do workouts - youtube or special app for Android/ioS. However, it costs several bucks. Nevertheless, it is possible to download paid version. Feel free to download it here -https://technifiser.com/freeletics-training-coach/ to avoid problems with non-productive training.

I am going to the gym. For two years I was visiting yoga training. And the next week I am going to BJJ training. Looking for BJJ GI now and have already found some good products at https://bjjbear.com/best-bjj-gi/.I think that the combination of fitness and martial arts can be impressive and give the desired results. It will be a great boost for my body and health.

well, I have a different schedule each week but I do generally the same amount of each thing most weeks. I don't usually do this many lifts in one day, just some or most. I work out about an hour a day, give or take a few minutes.
