Celebrity who has gotten Scalp Micropigmentation!

I was doing some research on scalp micropigmenation the other day and i was thinking to myself.. "what famous person has gotten this procedure done?" Then i remembered from a long time ago, seeing 'The Dr's ' tv show and seeing this man speak. His name was Dr. Ian K. Smith. I tried pulling up alot of photos of him to verify. so far it looks like he's had it done. Someone please google him and tell me if i'm wrong.
