Question about pulling your hair!!
The last 2 weeks, I was drinking a lot which I stop drinking last Friday. At that time, I would play with my left side of my hair above my ear. I didn't know I was pulling out the hairs at a time. Now that I stop drinking and see that I have a lot less hair there. My question is will the hair grow back? I take propecia and don't want my hair to look like this.
I did this before but it was behind the ear and it grew back. I was not drinking at the time.

IAHRS Recommended Hair Transplant Surgeon
If the recent hair pulling event only lasted a short time the hairs should grow back. You must be careful if the pulling out of the hair continues repeatedly in the same area it could become permanent. There is medical condition called Trichotillomania which involves chronic fulling out of hair. I am not a Psychiatrist or making any diagnosis, just offering something you may want to learn more about.
