What is the best a Norwood 6 fully bald guy can do with 2000 grafts?

How should these grafts be place to look as natural as possible?

2000 on a NW6 is pointless. You'll still be bald as ever, only now you'll have some odd looking scraps of hair on your head that will draw the eye of every person you come in contact with. Spare yourself that ignominy.

If you have the money you could go for 3 - 4 Gho transplants.

Neversaynever I think was also NW6 and is currently undergoing his second transplant with Dr Nigam who is also working on donor regeneration.

Traditional transplants are outdated now, the only surgeon I would ever recommend would be either Gho or Dr Nigam because they have shown donor regeneration.

The best thing that a Norwood 6 guy could do with those grafts is leave them in his donor area.

Which is not to say that a Norwood 6 can't benefit from an HT procedure, but it's not worth using so few grafts.

He probably wants his recipient to look good.
