Personally, I do not think it is worth the trouble and risk to have hair transplant surgery if you need less than 2500 grafts.
In your specific case, I do not think a small procedure will give you meaningful improvement.

I think you'd benefit from 1500 grafts, but could probably do with more. Of course it depends on what you're trying to achieve, i.e. how much you want to close the temples, what density you'd be happy with and also whether the central forelock area needs added density.
