Reducing Sebum from the Scalp?? Low Dose Accutane????

I am 24 years old and i have been on massive shedding from last year.
I am taking 1.25fin for 6 Months with no sides and no results.

I want to point that relationship between my scalp sebum and hair loss. I have noticed that my scalp becomes oily just in 1 day after washing it. When i look closely to my scalp i can see small shining sebums.

I use keto it helps a little bit but i cannot fix my problem completely.

I want to clear my scalp from the sebum and want to feel the freshness(like 1 year ago). In this purpose i want to add Low Dose Accutane tratment in my regimen. Is there anybody tries Accutane for hair loss? Suggestions please..

My fivehead used to produce a LOT of sebum until I started using RU58841 with Everclear and PG. Its almost non-existent now.
