Not sure if the Biotin or MSM is actually the reason for your improvement, but it is not hurting you and I would keep it up. Sort of like a home remedy that someone really feels is helping them. I would not be the doctor to tell them they are crazy and to stop taking it.

I remember that 4th vitamin I read the women in that site use with the aforementioned vitamins, it's niacin. I'm not sure if they also used Zinc and vitamin B6, maybe i'm confusing it with another forum. But for sure, I remember Biotin, Silica, Pantothenic Acid, and Niacin being used to grow their hair long faster.
