Default What age do most men stop caring about hair loss???

This is a serious question. I remember someone telling me once, not to get a hair transplant unless I was at least 30. They said my attitude towards hair might change when I hit my 30s, and I may not want to do anything to save the hair anymore.

I would like to hear your opinions.....

    Thanks...

7.38 years from the day you start losing.

I started noticing hair loss in my thirties and this is when my journey began. I think acceptance varies from person to person and is a reflection of how they see themselves. Some accept their baldness from the beginning while other never do. I've seen pictures of transplant patients in their seventies.

It makes no sense to ask other about information which is purely based on opinion. There are other variables to why getting a HT young is a bad idea.

Try other things, get smarter in this domain. This industry is beginning to make step to tackling this issue. Don't suggest to do anything at this point which could create a permanent issue.

You can drop this in six months or you can be 103 in your death bed and your last request will be to get a mirror to see how your hair line is doing.

Eh it depends how long you plan on living. Really though your asking a question with no answer. It depends on the person because I am 30 and I still care about my hair and I imagine I will when I am 60 if I am still alive that long.

LOL. Normally I agree with the fact that stupid questions should get stupid answers but some people are hurting from HL. I'd tend to be a little more sensitive.

I was bald from a very young age, but it didn't ever really bother me and didn't stop me from pursuing my goals.

I like to think that had this all happened to me 10 years down the line (I'm almost 20), I'd be relatively fine with it all, but it's entirely relative. There are plenty of 50+ year old men who frequent these forums who are struggling to accept it and they're certainly not wrong to do so.

Those who have had hair for a long time struggle to accept they may be losing it and there are those who go bald at a younger age who perhaps feel it's not fair they haven't had long enough with their hair.

Same here. I already don't care that much. If I was 30 and married, I wouldn't give two shits.
