Am I overusing ketoconazole?
Right now, I'm using the big three: Minoxidil, ketoconazole, and for two weeks now, finasteride. I've been using 2% ketoconazole three days a week. It used to be I'd rinse it straight out like a normal shampoo, but for about a month, I've been lathering it in, let it seep for an hour, and then rinse. Recently, though, I've noticed my individual strands getting really dry. Should I consider cutting back on the ketoconazole?

Overusing is an understatement. You should be using it no more than once a week for 5 minutes on your head. That is for 2% Ketoconazole, 1% no more than twice a week.
I'm not surprised your hair is dry, it's possible to fall out due to overuse as well.

Thanks! I'm glad I found that out in time. On the other six days of the week, what's a good product to use?

Try Nioxin I don't think that has Ketoconazole and it is the other big shampoo to prevent hairless
