    Question Are NW 1's impossible?

I'm between a NW 2.5 and a NW 3 at the moment. I'm hoping to stablise this by using propecia, rograine and minoxidal over the next year. Sometime in 2014, I am hoping to have enough money for a hair transplant. I went to a hair clinic and when I asked the man to give a rough estimate as to how many grafts I would need during a HP, his reply was "1500 for full cover". Would this, or more than this be enough to return one to a NW1 hairline - or is it the case that once you start to recede, a NW1 is forever out of the equation?

    Thanks.
