Be aware of them and go for hair transplant, only if you feel the gains are worth the pain.
I list a few possible side effects of hair transplant -
1. Swelling of scalp
2. Inflammation or Infection of the hair follicles
3. Sudden but typically temporary loss of the transplanted hair (called shock loss)
4. Numbness or lack of sensation on the treated areas of the scalp
