That is kind of my issues preventing me from propecia. Yeah it might help, but it might not too. Overall too many unknowns going on, and doctors are reluctant to prescribe it because common sense says do no harm, and taking a drug for a cosmetic problem is a dangerous game to play regardless of how you value hair.
I also value my liver that processes that pill for years you take it, and whatever it is DHT does. Just yesterday a study said loss of estrogen can cause wait gain in men. We discover this stuff all the time clearly we dont understand it that well. I might wait a few years for a safe topical.
