Clobetasol Propionate
Well I just figured out how effective Nizoral is at keeping my seborrheic dermatitis at bay. I ran out of it two weeks ago and now I'm having crazy flare-ups. Tried a cheap head and shoulder's knock off which made things much worse. I have Clobetasol Propionate which was prescribed to me for seborrheic dermatitis but I've never used it because ketoconazole was so effective. I've read that clobetasol is a corticosteroid which causes constriction and may result in hair loss. Is this true? Anyone have experience with this shampoo?

Corticosteroids are anti-inflammatories
Inflammation can cause hairloss: lupus lesions, a local infection, ringworm etc. Also, baldness is sometimes treated with steroid injections which reduces inflammation and allows the hair to re-grow. I wouldn't sweat over the medication.
