Absolutely. There is nothing wrong with simply allowing nature to take it's course. Millions of men have done so for thousands of years - and they turned out just fine.

No criticism was expressed or intended. My statement was explanatory and in a matter of fact sort of way. Nothing more. There is no need to read into what I said.

Well some of us are walking a thin line on deciding what to do. Don't want sides nor a horseshoe.

I will say that it's probably not fair to assume the fin you got was fake because it didn't do anything. A lot of guys use fin without sides or results. That's not even to mention how long it takes for "something to happen". That's not to say you didn't get fakes; I'm just saying it's a bolder assumption than the other way around.
Unless Merck regularly changed the look of the pills significantly, then I got fakes...

There is nothing wrong with wearing hair if it helps you feel better about yourself.

So Propecia is the only option?
I came off it early last year due to my sides and stayed with minoxidil alone. I managed to thicken up my hairline considerably. The area that minoxidil couldn't revive (neither would Propecia btw), I filled in with a 2600 FUE hair transplant.
Propecia is an option for hair loss; not a necessity. If someone chooses not to use Propecia, then they should be informed that there are other options.

No one is saying finasteride is the only option or that it is 100% effective and safe. What people are saying is that it is by the far the most effective and convenient option relative to the other two members of the Big 3.

As long as we're clear on this. Propecia is an option and comes with more risks relative to the others.

Stop reading into what I said. There is no need for you to do that. Take it for what it is. Don't keep adding meanings that are not there.

I have to admit that this is true. In my case I am going to do whatever I can to stop and even reverse my MPB but if I was going horse shoe NW6 or 7 I would probably just let it be.
