    Only if there is exisitng natural hair that is DHT receptive that can be lost in the future.

    Most HT patients have some amount of this exisiting hair that they want to save.

    Many young men who are just beginning to lose their hair to MPB are the best candidates for effective hairloss meds like Propecia.
