Pics posted...Advice please guys.
Would appreciate any advice and amount of grafts needed.
I have been in touch with quite a few Drs but would like to get as many opinions as possible.
My aim is to improve my frontal 3rd and especially the thinning in the frontal 3rd....would this be possible, as the wet pic shows, it has become quite thin and my only styling option is brushing the hair forward
would like my temples reinforced and hairline lowered slightly with the recession look gone hopefully....realistic??
Kind regards.

Hi Ray,
It is difficult to say for sure because your pics aren't the best but my gut tells me it is possible to thicken your frontal third. With how many grafts? Maybe 1500 or so. FYI, Dr. Hasson and I will be in London on March 30 and 31st performing consultations so if you'd like us to have a look in person you should schedule an appointment.

Hi Jotronic,
Thank you for your response.
The last pic with my hair wet shows the true extent of my hair loss. And i would only really want to go ahead with a hair transplant if i could have the density improved in this area, so i could have the frontal 3rd have a stand alone result in one pass if this makes sense?
Would be great to meet Dr Hasson in person and get he's advice as the results on the forums are up there with the best, however i need to see if i could make that date as my working diary changes weekly due to the nature of my job.
Kind regards.

I am 28, been on meds for the last 4-5 years.
Hopefully now is the time to improve my frontal 3rd even though i know i am still quite young regarding a HT.

I ain't no expert but I would say stay on the meds of course. Given there is not a medical hair restoration breakthrough you are going to have to have multiple hair transplants. It is going to take some time, years actually with at least a year in between each HT. Start off with a 2000 FUT, wait a year then another 2000 FUT. Then I would think you could focus on your crown. Your hair line is very important but make sure it is not to low... Have a natural looking hairline. Stay away from laser combs and all that other BS. Be patient and don't worry. You are already on the right path by posting here.

Good advice Joe.
Once you go down the HT road, you never go back. I just got my first one and I am 46.

My crown is fine, and i have been advised 1500-2500 grafts for my frontal 3rd. not multiple sessions. I understand future hair loss may occur. however i dont think i need multiple procedures now to achieve a desired result!
I understand the need for future planning but i have certainly seen people with similar hair loss to myself achieve great results in one pass for the frontal 3rd.
