What exactly is it you want people to do? If you aren't happy with your doctor go and find another one, or go to a dermatologist.

You can't choose a GP on NHS you can only choose another surgery and I will end up with another anti fin GP
I can't afford to see a dermatologist privately any more and the GP I have refuses to give me referral for NHS dermatologist

Choose another surgery. Not every doctor on the NHS is anti fin. Both mine weren't. There is nothing anyone on this forum can do. You'll need to see a different doctor if your current one isn't prepared to listen.

Did you really have GP that allowed you fin for hair loss what happened

For the 128394030238th time, why don't you just fabricate symptoms that warrant a comprehensive blood test. If you really need someone to come up with one for you, I will.

I don't feel an approach of a GP like that is very accomodating and I can understand why you feel angry.
Try step back a bit. You do not need your dermatologist to prescribe you finasteride. I get mine from a registered GP in the UK who is a very reliable online provider.
There are a few trusted online sources out there to get finasteride with countless testimonials backing up their legitimacy.
Get your finasteride from one of them.
