    Default Hair Transplant Scar Question

Hey everyone, Im seriously considering getting a FUE transplant to cover two small scars on my head. I spoke to the doctor and he told me it would require 40 grafts to fill in the two scars. Now my question is, I sometimes have my hair medium length but on occassion I shave my head as well. If I shave my head would the 40 fue grafts be noticeable?

I would like to know that way I'm sure it's worth going through with the FUE transplant.

Thanks in advance for your answers.

    Hi Jacobson

It would be great if you could post some pictures as it would be a lot easier to advise you. Have you had one consult? if so it would be advisable to get a few more and get more opinions.

All surgery will leave scars, if they are visible or not depends on various factors, punch size the Dr uses, individual healing characteristics are to be considered. I assume you mean would the forty extractions be visible in the donor area if you shaved your head, I think that would depend on the above.

Get some pictures up, hope this helps
