What's my best plan of attack?
Hi all,
I'm a 33 year old man and am starting to lose my hair (see first pic).
I got "wisdom temples" when I was about 22 and thought I was going to lose all my hair then, but for the last 10 years, my temple have been pretty much the same. Also, my hair lane doesn't seem to be receding.
However, the hair on the front half of the top of my head is starting to thin (see first pic). This seems to have happened quite suddenly -- I noticed nothing at all say, 3 months ago. Now, for the first time in my life, I can forecast what I will look like with little hair on the front of my head, and I don't like it.
What's the best plan of attack for keeping what I have? I'm not currently on any medications or anything, and am not thrilled about the prospect of taking a pill every day.
Right now I'm thinking I'll just wait a few years for it to thin out and then get hair plugs (except for the top half of my head, my hair is very very thick).
Please advise.

The best treatment is early treatment. I don't advise waiting any longer. Read up on the big 3-Minoxidil, Nizoral, and finasteride. Best of luck.
