Amazing Hair Transplant!
Just checkout this. The man was a NW5 and with only one session of around 3000 grafts, he has now a great head of hair. How has the surgeon been able to do this. Its mind boggling!

That is a great fill in job. He is NW5 but only if you count that area as bald. Its like kinda 1/4 filled with hair still.
I love the fact they were able to implant around his hair and fill in for density. This is exactly the kind of second procedure I am looking at for my NW 3a.
My hair is denser than his but the concept is the same.
Great job by the doctor

I cannot see the picture you are trying to show us. However I do know that a male who is a Norwood 5 can achieve pretty amazing results from hair transplant surgery if he also responds well to medications. Something to keep in mind.

Everyone responds to medications differently. Some respond better than others. These assessments you address here are not carved in stone.
This specific patient had a lot of hair prior to surgery. Though much of it was miniaturized. If he responded well to treatment, much of these miniaturized hairs could have became terminal hairs. Thus dramatically improving the cosmetic effect of hair transplant surgery. Judging by these pictures, it makes sense that he probably responded very well to the medications.
