What is the best Shampoo to block DHT? I have rogain but I'm looking for a shampoo. So what do y'all recommend?

I might be dreaming or imagining it but i use Nizoral 2% once a week and Advance Hair Studio DHT Blocking + Thickening Shampoo every other day. Hair looks pretty good. I haven't noticed any more hairloss, though the thickening shampoo may be hiding it.
