How easy is it to get Avodart in the US? I think in the UK you can't, getting Fin legitimately is a hassle.

Online, it is extremely easy. Legitimately, I think it's a bit harder but doable. I believe 25 going on 65 convinced his doctor to do it and I believe he is from the US.

RU58841. It's an experimental treatment that never made it to market since it is unstable in solution and thus has to mixed with a vehicle in a fresh batch every day or week at the latest. You also have to keep it in your freezer. Some people order it from chemical supply companies and mix it up themselves. It's probably the best topical DHT-inhibitor "available." The researchers said it worked about as well as fin, if not better. There are some on other forums that have maintained on just RU for a few years now.

It's a dice roll if you're not certain the physician is competent. I saw a GP who didn't know shit, then I was a derm who not only had me fill out a 4 page questionnaire directed at MPB, but also offered me fin the same day.
I think the bigger issue is whether or not you can get 5mg generics.

This is what I have. 5mg finasteride. CVS has it in stock everywhere. Ask the doc for that.

I doubt it but we can't really be sure. Not a lot of data but the studies done prove it is effective. Anecdotal evidence points at it being pretty damn good though. Few, if any, people notice sides. I don't believe it's absorbed systemically. If you're interested in finding a source, let me know. I can direct you to the one that a lot of people on HLH and *** use since most chem suppliers now require a license.
