Where can I buy a concealer in London?

I'll be in London next week and I hate using my credit card online, is there a place in London that sells concealers? Thank you for the advice!

I'm looking to try toppik dermatch or kmax, in black.

If it is a miracle for my looks then I might get back on fin (four weeks off today).

If not, I'll defo try to shave my head.

Bump: is there a uk equivalent of walmart that would sell just about anything? I will never ever ordre it online is there a store that could sell toppik or dermatch?
