Spencer Kobren's Book has, in my humble opinion, a way to dramatically slow down or completely stop hair loss, naturally....without any medication.

The key, I feel, is diet. Adopting a healthy, low-sugar diet, full of vegetables, can do this.

Some points:
- Only eat until a feeling of fullness is achieved. Then it is wise to stop eating. Excess may create imbalance with hormones. Spencer talks about "The Zone Diet" to regulate hormones.
- Eat Healthy!
- Exercise primarily with cardio.
- Do scalp exercises....
