Default Dramatically naturally slow down Hair loss - From Spencer Kobren's book

Spencer Kobren's Book has, in my humble opinion, a way to dramatically slow down or completely stop hair loss, naturally....without any medication.

The key, I feel, is diet. Adopting a healthy, low-sugar diet, full of vegetables, can do this.

    Some points:
    - Only eat until a feeling of fullness is achieved. Then it is wise to stop eating. Excess may create imbalance with hormones. Spencer talks about "The Zone Diet" to regulate hormones.
    - Eat Healthy!
    - Exercise primarily with cardio.
    - Do scalp exercises....

Eating healthy and exercising is a good thing in general, do not expect any miracles when it comes to halt hair loss. Take this from a guy who have been competing in fitness competitions the

natural way, with an extremely healthy diet and exercising (cardio and strengt) six days a week. Regardless of this i am still a norwood 5 at the age of 28. Spencer said the same on the show,

the effect of it when it comes to hair loss is not mind blowing . With that said it will benefit you in so many other ways, so continue the healthy lifestyle, it's an invest in the future :-)

Clinically proven that a healthy diet will make you live to you're 1000.

No guaranties in life, but eating healthy can help prevent a long list of deceases, you could get cancer anyway or get hit by a truck.

A healthy diet is no match for hereditary hair loss. Spencer himself mentions this part of his book many times - and the fact the he has changed his position on "natural remedies". I do believe he has amended his book as a result of his changing his position on this.

Surely we know 'natural remedies' don't work. Fin, Minox and Hope are the big 3 in my view.
