Beat the itch, beat the bald

I've come to the conclusion, after weeks and weeks of research that to beat the bald, you must beat the itch.

We all remember that itch we got on our scalps when we first started losing our hair, was quite satisfying to scratch away...
Though, that is the sign that the DHT is eating up your follicles, it's the god damn itch...

keto has been shown in studies to be as effective or more effective than minox, it has anti inflammatory properties and it reduces androgens.
And, it gets rid of the itch...the dreaded itch.

    BEAT THE ITCH, BEAT HAIRLOSS.

      Why?

These things will never come to market anyway and even if they do, are you going to go for your bi-monthly scalp injections for a year or 5? Nah, didn't think so, even a HT is less hassle.

you're an idiot...aderans is already heading to phase III so they are for sure coming to the market...histogen is posting phase II results by april and we have insight info that the last trials were "promising" and injections will be far less than that. Histogens first results were achieve from 1 set of injections

Wow - what a stupid comment, tell you what, trawl through 20 years worth of clinical data and find me a clinical trial that showed new hair growth in temporal regions of the scalp the way Histogen just did in their current trial.

Aderans have been working on their protocols for nearly a decade and they've just reached phase III, with their compound combined with a good HT we could climb out of this propecia & minoxidil ditch we've been stuck in since the 1980's.

dude an injection every 5 years is hell of a lot better than minox twice a day and propecia once a day for the rest of your life plus the side effects that come with them....hell if you had to inject once a month I'd still do it

This is incredible, people would seriously go for bi-monthly injections (hundreds at a time) for the rest of their lives at a cost of god only knows what?

The cure is NEVER coming you idiots.

The old timers know this, it's always 'in 3 years', but it never actually happens.
We keep getting fooled again and again.

Relax guys, this is not worth fighting about

anyway, I would say there will definitely be new treatments available in the next 5-10 years, probably overseas first. I would be glad to go in for regular injections if there was substantial regrowth or if it prevented loss as well as DHT meds. The cost needs to be low enough to keep these businesses sustainable so I am not worried about that. But I would be paranoid to quit DHT meds until the technology has been out for several years at least.
As for the itch, I have no opinion really....some guys say it seems to accompany shedding but this has not been my personal experience, at least not that I have noticed. However I use 2% keto shampoo which might mask any itching I normally should feel. All I know is, there have been times when I seemed to itch a hell of a lot, but I don't remember seeing a lot of shedding during those times. Could just be different for everybody.

less than 20 years ago there were NO treatments at all..now we have many in the pipeline..there has been NO treatment ever before that showed regrowth of terminal hairs in the temples.. HISTOGEN HAS SHOWN THIS...and from an inside source histogen had "promising" results from their last trail that will be released in the next few months...go **** a cactus dude
