Fear the loss, to answer your original question, I wouldn't hesitate in making a consultation or at the very least make enquiries over email and send them some pictures.
Long as you have the money you have nothing to lose IMO.

That looks like 1,000 grafts to be honest. 6,000 grafts would give far better results. I dont see how thats as good as HST can get.

I had a consultation by mail using my photos. The doctor said that usually from people who had previous transplant they can extract 1000 grafts. I told her that i have only a small scar and that hair on the sides where not touched by the first transplant but she said that eventually they will rise the number of grafts on the hst day.....

I am not a NW 5 so I cant speak intelligibly on this issue. But I think its reasonable what the guys are saying.
You need 6k grafts. Two sessions. I would start with 3000 grafts. I dont think 1000 grafts is going to make you very happy.
