The genes definitely play a big role in this. In fact, I am a living example. I have a sedentary life (work in office) but the same genes that took my hair away, gave me the body of a thin male model. Body fat around 11%, perfect proportions but no gym whatsoever, just some walking because I decided to be without car. And I consider myself very lucky in that respect because in this age (mid 40's) I still have all the body mobility and flexibility that I had 25-30 years ago despite the sedentary life. That must be certainly genetic, I have no other explanation.

You can see me (partly) in this video from last year where I exercise my most beloved hobby. In the end of the video part of my face also is shown. Just a word of warning though, it is music in the other extreme of what was discussed previously here. If you like this kind of music, there are also other videos in my YouTube channel, each accompanied by a more or less detailed description. Just have a good headset or 2.1 system for proper listening.

People in their 20's are still kiddies. I would talk about maturity after the age of 32-33.

Is that the song of the undead?
