50 year old gentleman presented with considerable thinning and alopecia of the frontal anterior 1/3 of the scalp. He had a small tuft of hair in the central scalp which had not changed for several years. He desired restoration of the hairline and anterior scalp. 2506 grafts were placed to build a natural hairline and frame his face. The results are two years post op.
