    Is it normal to...?

At 18 years old, I had a full head of thick hair. I am 23 now and unlike when I was 18, I can grow a full thick beard and I have body hair. I have definitely experienced some hair loss and miniaturization but nothing to noticeable. I know DHT plays a role in hair loss on the scalp yet it promotes facial hair growth and body hair. Now that my beard is done developing and assuming the majority of my body has has developed, will the rest of my scalp hair stay intact?

I have two pictures uploaded: One of when I was 18 and the other was two months ago. I know the sides of my head have without a doubt have gotten thinner and areas by the temple have receded a bit but overall I still have a full head of hair. Will it keep thinning out? No one is bald in my family.

Your hair is fine - don't stress it.

No one will be able to tell if your hair loss will continue or not, let a lone at what rate. If you have absolutely no family history of balding, your chances of building are likely next to nothing as well.

Just keep an eye on it and keep living.

No, because one's beard/body hair is done developing, doesnt mean one will stop balding on top.

As for you, like big thinker said, no way of telling if you as an individual will continue to bald. but dont take your beard being done growing as a sign of that.

those are also two bad pictures to compare...one with your hair down hiding your hairline, the other with hair up, showing it more...try to compare to a picture of you at 18 with your hair up...but yea nice head of hair, wouldnt stress
