    Default what a transplant hair clinic can tell me

    i have mpb.i know it, i'm planning to visit a hair clinic but what exctly wil the tell me since i'm too young for a hair transplant.What are the information they can provide me?

    A good clinic can check out your hair under magnification to determine approximately how rapidly you are progressing and how far on the Norwood scale you might progress to, which is important information to have in order to decide how to treat your hair loss moving forward. They can also discuss all of your options including meds.

    Yes, I'm guessing that by your username you were born in 1990 which would make you 22 or 23. I REALLY wish I would have started on Propecia back then as I waited until I was almost 27. The meds are great at keeping what you've got but not so great for most people at regrowing what you've lost so the earlier you get started, the better.

    I agree gandolph and the earlier one gets started, the better chances of some regrowth of the natural hair that was lost, especially in the crown.
