Hang in there man! Perhaps now just put your focus on what's most important, your health, and perhaps trying to find a way to make the donor scar less noticeable so you can shave your head.

Check out scalp micropigmentation, www.hishairclinic.com they will pigment your head so it looks like you have hair, they also do great jobs on covering up transplant scars. Plenty of pics on the website, also have a look through their videos on YouTube. Great looking stuff. All you have to live with then is a head that looks shaved as opposed to a head that looks shaved and bald.
The main thing with this for me is that it allows you to frame the face.
I'd also recommending working on your mental perception of baldness and the way you look. Otherwise known as attachment to the egoic mind. There's a book called The Power of Now which is great for this stuff. I'd really recommend you read it. It's really helped with my anxiety over this.
